When you purchase an opal from us we will package and send the opal the same day where possible. Australia post is our main shipping agent. Opal purchases over AU$400.00 (or approximately US$300 depending on exchange rate that day) are shipped airmail for FREE. Opal purchases under AU$400.00 will be charged a flat rate of AU$20.00.



There are no handling charges.

Tracking numbers can be supplied for any order, please email us. We can track Australia Post parcels for you.



There are times when a parcel is required urgently and there are other fast track methods but any extra charges must be paid for by the purchaser. Please contact us for further details.


For purchases over AU$30,000.00 specific arrangements can be tailored to suit both parties.

Exchange Policy

We offer a thirty (30) day exchange or return policy from the date of purchase. In the event that your purchase does not meet your requirements or expectations, we will gladly refund your money or exchange the opal for another of similar quality and value. All costs associated with such an exchange are the total and complete responsibility of the purchaser.

Guarantee

We guarantee all of our products for a period of twelve (12) months against natural cracking. If such cracking should occur we will replace your purchase for another opal of similar quality and value. This guarantee does not extend to replacement for damage incurred by mistreatment, accidental or otherwise, including setting or removal of the opal.

Purchases over $2000.00 will receive a FREE valuation certificate.
